Summer House on Romar Beach sits on a prime stretch of the Gulf at 25020 Perdido Beach Boulevard in Orange Beach, Alabama. Sugarfoot Rentals is the owners’ co-op for five of those condos: 1502B, 802B, 702A, 706A, and 1104A. Each one is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front unit that sleeps 8, with a private balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and a full kitchen.
We are the owners. Carrie and Paul are the hosts. Your rental agreement is with the owner of the unit you book, not a management company. Book direct and you skip the platform fee.
The buildings finished a major renovation in May 2025: new hurricane sliding-glass doors, entry doors, windows, deck coatings, stucco, and sealants. The beach is private to the property. The pool and hot tub are on site.

Why book these five?
Every unit in our co-op was updated by the people who own it. Top-floor 1502B, Sugarfoot Escape, has unobstructed Gulf views and no one above you. The Pelican Perch, White Sand Oasis, Cajun Beach Retreat, and Temporary Sanity are the same floor plan, each furnished and hosted by its owner. We share cleaning, linens, and the booking site so you get one place to check dates across all five.
No pets. No smoking. Guests must be 25 or older to book. We do not eat or drink on the beds, and we ask the same of you.
November through February can work for stays of 40 days or more, often at a lower monthly rate. If a short date conflict is in the way, ask. With five units we can usually sort it out. Mid-March is when seasonal rates return.
A few answers guests ask first:- Construction on the buildings wrapped up in May 2025.
- Check-in is 4 p.m., check-out is 10 a.m., and late arrival is fine — the code works until checkout.
- There is a 24-hour grace period before the card is charged.
